The second bedroom has two double beds covered with fun blue coral and starfish quilts, white painted furniture, a TV, chest of drawers and a full closet.   A second full bathroom is just outside the bedroom door.  
 
The kitchen has granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances-refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave.  The kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils, pot and pans, and of course, a coffee maker.  A bar height dining room table seats 6.
 
Its beautifully furnished living room features a sofa and loveseat, flat screen TV, DVD and of course, stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean through the sliding glass door.  
 
Sit on the new comfortable patio furniture on the patio to enjoy the beach as it changes with the light of the day, walk down the steps to the beach, or hang out at the pool.
There is a convenient, designated parking slot just outside the entry door to this wonderful villa, so you'll never have to drive around looking for a spot.  
 
 
The villa does not have its own washer and dryer, but there is a laundry facility onsite at the Villa Riviera Club, so don't overpack!  
 
One visit to the nearby grocery store, and you don't HAVE to leave this property.  But within about a half hour's drive are Cocoa Beach and Ron Jons Surf Shop and Cape Kennedy Space Center. (Check the launch schedule.  You might get lucky enough to see a launch from the beach just in front of the property!) There is plenty of golfing within 30-45 minutes of Villa Riviera as well.
 
This villa is part of a small 28 unit rental property, Villa Riviera, DIRECTLY on the ocean.  All guests have their own parking spot and share a large pool in the center of the complex.  
 
The perfect spot to enjoy the Florida beaches and weather without the crowds of people at beach hotels--family vacations or quiet getaways, this is a wonderful location.
