Come enjoy your Florida family vacation in our lovely 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom up and down townhouse.  This unit has an updated kitchen/baths and comes with everything you need for some relaxing time in the Florida sunshine.  
 
 
The open first floor has a modern kitchen with stainless appliances & granite countertops; a living room/dining room combo, and a full bathroom with tub and shower.  There is also a workstation/desk for anyone needing to check in with the office or map out your next adventure.
 
Upstairs are two bedrooms and another full bathroom with tub. One bedroom has two twins and the master has a king sized bed.  The master also has a well lit vanity area, as well as sliding doors to a balcony with an ocean view.  Both upstairs bedrooms are equipped with tvs.
 
In addition, the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa as well as a pull-out sleeper chair.
 
Other conveniences include the oversized one car garage where you will find gear for great days at the beach, which is just a few steps away. No driving or crossing the street required!   If the ocean is too chilly during your stay, spend some time lounging next to our complex's year round heated pool.
 
Start your day with coffee and a walk/run on the beach and watch the sunrise. Then relax with a good book on our sunlit patio area. Finally, you could end your day grilling dinner and having a cold drink.
 
Our unit comes with everything you'll need to have the perfect Florida beach vacation! Our complex is located right on the beach and is only 10 minutes from Melbourne Airport and 1 hour from Orlando Airport/ Kennedy Space Center and the Disney Attractions.  
 
Our proximity to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants, will let your stay at 105, make your vacation come alive.
