We have three types of condos to choose from: 

• Oceanfront ground-floor (4 units)
• Oceanfront two story (8 units located above the ground-floor units)
• Ocean-view two story courtyard (16 units with private garages)

 

OCEANFRONT GROUND FLOOR - These four units are all on one floor with an ocean front patio directly facing the ocean. Below is a photo of the kitchen, dining area and living room of one of our ground floor units.

 

OCEAN-FRONT TWO STORY - These 8 units are located above the ground floor units in our two ocean front buildings. These units have a balcony off the living room area that directly faces the ocean. OCEAN-VIEW TWO STORY - These 16 units have private attached garages and are located in two buildings that are set at an angle to provide a good view of the ocean and large heated pool from their second floor balcony or first floor patio. This patio opens to a grassy courtyard and pool. Below are photos of the dining and living room area of one of our ocean-view courtyard units and an attached garage. The garages provide space for surf boards, kayaks, fishing equipment and other items that would be inappropriate for storing in the units.
