Villas:  The townhomes at the Villa are all individually owned.  Please do not move kitchen or other items from one apartment to another.  The maximum occupancy for each apartment is 4 adults or a family of 6.  Please take good care of our Vacation Homes!

Reservation/Security Deposit: A Reservation Deposit of $400 will be required to hold your Reservation. Upon check-in the $400 will be retained as a Security Deposit and will be returned to you within 2 weeks after departure.  

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations must be canceled no later than 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of the deposit.

Payment:  The full amount of rent is due upon arrival for one month or less.  If your stay is more then one month, rent is due on the first of the month for subsequent months.  The payment method is cash, check, or money order in US Funds. We also accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.

Check-In/Check-Out:  Please check in at the Manager's Office - apartment 101.  Arrival time is after 3:00 pm  Eastern Time.  Departure no later than 10:00 am.   If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, let us know and we will try to work with you. Office hours are Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm and Saturdays: 9am-Noon. If arriving after office hours, please make arrangements with the managers for checking in. The after hours emergency telephone number is 321-362-8885.

Telephones:  Telephones are available in all apartments for local calls.  Please plan to use a calling card or cell phone for your long distance calls.

Pets:  Sorry, no Pets of any type are permitted at the Villa.

Barbecue:  Barbecue on the asphalt - not on the patios, lawn, or sidewalks.

Pool:  Please read and observe all regulations as posted at the pool.  There is no lifeguard on duty so swimming is at your own risk.  Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  The pool is for use by registered guests and owners only.

Laundry:  There is a Laundry Room on site for all guests to use that is open 24 hours.  Soiled towels and linens are expected to be laundered up until the last day of your stay. Change is available at the office.

RV's, Boats, Trailers, etc:  Sorry, but there is no space on our property for parking RV's, boats, trailers, or any other towed vehicle.  Please call the manager if you need assistance.
